One of the few specialized museums in Slovakia and Europe aimed at comprehensive archival documentation of the history of music and musical instruments. Further work is in the castle museum in Dolna Krupa, whose history is linked to gender Brunsvik. It is said that the castle was visited by Ludwig van Beethoven, who are reportedly composed the Moonlight Sonata. The last noble owner of the mansion, Henrieta Choteková Mary (1863 - 1946) gave the village to build the largest rose garden in central Europe.
The museum is currently closed for renovation.
